About Anne Leighton

I have lived in Sussex for most of my life and I have been involved with sport since an early age. I chose to pursue a career in this field gaining a BSc. Honours degree in Sports Studies and Psychology in 2001 and continued gaining valuable experience and further qualifications within the health and fitness industry thereafter. This has led me to specialize as a Sports Massage Therapist and I currently hold a Level 4 Diploma from the Southern School of Massage Therapy.
